Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident female Remote Sales Associate to support our recruitment and administrative operations. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling potential candidates, promoting job opportunities, handling basic admin tasks, and guiding candidates through the application process. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call potential candidates and introduce job opportunities
- Communicate with candidates via phone, chat, or email
- Present job roles clearly and professionally
- Perform basic administrative tasks (data entry, updating records, scheduling)
- Screen candidates and share relevant job details
- Follow up and maintain candidate relationships
- Meet weekly/monthly outreach and placement targets
- Female candidates only
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confidence in cold calling and speaking to new people
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Strong communication, organization, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience in sales, admin, or recruitment is a plus (not required)
