Job description
To develop and deliver training programs in Catering Services, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and excellence in kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs on food production, hygiene, and kitchen operations
- Develop and update training materials aligned with HACCP standards
- Conduct assessments and support certification processes
- Coordinate with Operations to identify training requirements
- Maintain training documentation and reporting
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
Role-Specific Requirements
- Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen operations
- Expertise in HACCP and food safety standards
- Experience in catering or hospitality training
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Catering / Related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Catering / Hospitality / Training
- Training experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong presentation and training delivery skills
Communication (English required, Arabic preferred)
Planning and organizational skills
Basic digital literacy
