IT Support

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Technician to provide hardware and software support across the organization. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computer components and system configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals
• Perform motherboard and hardware component setup, including BIOS/UEFI configuration
• Diagnose and resolve hardware failures and system compatibility issues
• Set up and maintain operating systems and software applications
• Support users with technical issues via in-person, phone, or remote assistance
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and spare parts
• Document technical procedures and support tickets
