The objective of the position

Oversight of site operations and ensuring the workflow proceeds according to the established plans, schedules, and quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Monitoring daily operations at the site

Supervising workers and contractors

Ensuring work is executed according to the approved plans

Monitoring the quality of work and addressing any observations

Tracking materials and supplies required for the site

Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers

Monitoring project progress and adherence to the schedule

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations at the site

Submitting regular reports on work progress and observations

Receiving completed works and ensuring their readiness for use

Requirements

Previous experience of not less than 10 years in site supervision for construction projects

Ability to read plans

Good skills in monitoring and organizing

Ability to manage the site work team

Ability to work under pressure and in field conditions
