Job Overview
DWT Technology is seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end compensation delivery, solution design, configuration, and complex global compensation cycles.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multi-country and multi-currency compensation planning, configuring compensation budgets and worksheets, and managing guidelines, route maps, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). The consultant should be capable of independently handling complex compensation cycles, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with HR, business, and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solution design and configuration.
- Manage multi-country and multi-currency compensation planning processes.
- Configure compensation budgets, worksheets, guidelines, and route maps.
- Manage and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Lead and support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Independently manage complex compensation cycles and resolve production issues.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure compensation processes run effectively.
- Collaborate with HR teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver compensation solutions.
- Support continuous improvement of global compensation processes and system functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong specialization in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Proven experience delivering multiple complex compensation cycles end-to-end.
- Hands-on expertise in compensation solution design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with multi-country and multi-currency compensation planning.
- Strong knowledge of compensation budgets, worksheets, guidelines, route maps, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Experience with testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Ability to independently manage complex compensation cycles and production issues.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with HR, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Global compensation process experience is highly preferred.
