Job description
Job Title: Sous Chef
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing the grill: cleaning and cutting meats and poultry, and assisting in the assembly and arrangement of dishes.
Prepare side components: cutting and preparing vegetables and accompaniments.
Preparation and wrapping of sandwiches: preparing bread, wrapping sandwiches efficiently, and preparing quick meals.
Handling and preparing orders: assembling and organizing sandwiches on the grill, cutting meals, and coordinating them on plates.
Monitoring grilling: tracking temperatures under the grill and assisting the chef during cooking.
Cleaning and organizing: cleaning work surfaces, grills, and utensils used, and ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Working hours: 8 hours daily
