Key Responsibilities For Sr. Manager:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategy and transformation programs
- Translate business strategy into actionable execution plans
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery
- Drive change management, communication, and capability building
- Oversee organizational design, policies, and process improvements
- Monitor project performance, risks, and stakeholder alignment
For Sr. Consultant:
- Conduct research, analysis, and data collection
- Support program execution and PMO activities
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Track risks, issues, and project progress
- Assist in client meetings and documentation
- Ensure compliance with project management standards
Required QualificationsSr. Manager:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting
- Experience in managing large programs or PMO functions
- PMP certification preferred
- MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
Sr. Consultant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting/project management
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with PMO tools, dashboards, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
