Job description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive site-specific HSE plan aligned with international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO for the hotel construction project.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents and near misses.
- Provide expert HSE guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout all phases of the construction project.
Experience: A minimum of 12 years in construction, Proven experience as a HSE Manager within construction, ideally with hospitality projects. Education: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field. Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 certification. Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office. Able to join the project within 2 weeks; freelancers are highly preferred Salary: Negotiable Notes: Candidates with several years of relevant work experience in Saudi Arabia and who can join in immediately will be given priority consideration.
