Job description
Spearhead the planning, execution, and closure of complex water infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
Develop and meticulously manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and contractors, fostering collaboration and transparency.
Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a significant advantage.
Hold professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to project management excellence.
Boast 7+ years of progressive experience specifically managing large-scale water infrastructure projects (e.g., water treatment plants, distribution networks, wastewater systems).
Demonstrate a deep understanding of water resource management principles, hydraulic engineering, and relevant construction methodologies.
