Hospitality Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Hospitality Director to lead our hospitality operations in Makkah. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing hospitality services related to Hajj and Umrah, along with a strong background in hotel management. This role requires exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences during both peak pilgrimage seasons and year-round operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all hospitality and hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
• Manage hospitality services for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, ensuring seamless coordination during peak seasons.
• Oversee hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, and facilities management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi hospitality regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, Hajj and Umrah operators, government entities, and key stakeholders.
• Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing hospitality teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.
