Job Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and technical documents.
• Participate in delivering introductory presentations to clients.
• Prepare marketing content for products.
• Assist in responding to RFP, RFI, and RFQ requests.
• Follow up with clients and coordinate meetings.
• Coordinate with partners and the work team.
• Continuously learn about ITSM solutions and company products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in:
• Information Technology.
• Computer Science.
• Information Systems.
• Or any related field.
