Key Tasks and Responsibilities
First: Sales and Performance Management
Achieving the monthly sales target.
Analyzing daily and weekly performance reports.
Increasing the average basket size and conversion rate within the branch.
Monitoring best-selling and underperforming products.
Proposing initiatives to improve sales results.
Second: Team Management
Distributing tasks and scheduling shifts.
Training new employees.
Conducting periodic performance evaluations.
Motivating the team and boosting morale.
Addressing behavioral and disciplinary issues.
Third: Customer Experience
Ensuring service quality.
Handling and resolving complaints professionally.
Ensuring compliance with customer service standards.
Monitoring team behavior with customers.
Fourth: Operational Management
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Supervising branch cleanliness and organization.
Ensuring sales systems are operational.
Implementing return and exchange policies.
Fifth: Inventory Management
Monitoring shortages and orders.
Coordinating with the warehouse and management.
Reducing loss and waste.
Supervising periodic inventory counts.
Sixth: Reports and Administrative Communication
Submitting periodic reports to management.
Reporting any operational risks.
Participating in administrative meetings.
