Diesel Truck ECU Programmer

Perform ECU / ECM / TCU programming, flashing, and tuning

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical & electronic systems in diesel trucks

Handle emission systems (DPF, EGR, SCR, AdBlue) including fault removal and programming

Perform transmission programming and calibration

Calibrate fuel systems (injectors & diesel pumps)

Diagnose and troubleshoot CAN Bus communication issues

Carry out ECU cloning, software updates, and fault code analysis

Work independently to identify and solve complex faults

2–8 years of hands-on experience in diesel truck diagnostics and ECU programming

Experience with Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Scania, Cummins, and Chinese trucks

Strong practical experience (not theoretical)

Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems independently

Experience with tools: Jaltest, TEXA, Cummins INSITE, Volvo Tech Tool, Xentry, MAN Cats, SDP3

Good understanding of diesel systems, sensors, and electronic control units

Must clearly mention brands worked on, tools used, and type of ECU programming done
