- Strong technical capability in detailed credit assessment, documentation review, and certification compliance verification.
- Hands-on experience in material submittal review and sustainable design compliance.
- Ability to independently manage sustainability certification processes and coordinate with Client and PMC teams.
- Relevant professional accreditation (e.g., LEED AP BD+C) with demonstrated project delivery experience.
- Proven experience in delivering LEED v4.1 (minimum Gold level) and Mostadam certification for large-scale projects, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Environmental Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Ecology, Natural Resources Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Climate Change, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in environmental management, sustainability, ESG, climate change, or related fields.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, environmental management systems, and compliance programs.
- Experience in preparing sustainability reports aligned with international standards and frameworks.
- Experience working with government entities, consulting firms, industrial organizations, or large corporate environments is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree or advanced certifications (e.g., LEED AP, GRI Certified) are highly advantageous.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in environmental management or corporate sustainability roles.
Proven experience in developing and implementing Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or sustainability frameworks.
