Champion the candidate experience by scheduling interviews promptly and providing clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Proactively source and screen a diverse pool of candidates using various platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data integrity.
Coordinate and execute onboarding logistics, including preparing offer letters and new hire documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a recruitment support or HR administrative role.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever.
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
