Job description
The Operation Lead (Project Management) will support the end-to-end management of equipment, logistics, customs, regulatory, and operational activities across the project lifecycle. This role will act as a central coordination point between suppliers, service providers, advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and operational readiness.
Responsibilities:
• Track equipment from procurement through delivery, commissioning, and operational handover
• Maintain equipment registers, shipment trackers, asset databases, and reporting tools
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, customs brokers, consultants, and stakeholders
• Monitor shipment schedules, delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Support customs and trade compliance activities (HS codes, SABER, duty exemptions, clearance)
• Manage and organize shipment, technical, and regulatory documentation
• Engage with regulatory authorities and advisors for permits, licenses, and approvals
• Prepare status updates, reports, meeting materials, and action trackers
• Drive follow-ups and closure of actions across all stakeholders
• Support development of SOPs, governance frameworks, and process improvements
• Assist in asset management, equipment tracking, and data validation
• Contribute to operational readiness planning and execution
