Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating and managing customer accounts to achieve sales targets for SAWACO’s desalinated water products and services. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and coordinating with operations to ensure reliable service delivery. The Sales Executive supports revenue growth by understanding customer needs, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely collection and contract compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned market
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Promote SAWACO’s water products and service offerings
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
• Negotiate pricing and terms within approved limits
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure service delivery
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve service issues
