Architectural Technical Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities • Review architectural design drawings, finishes, and shop drawings for compliance with project design standards. • Prepare and coordinate architectural shop drawings, ensuring compliance with the approved design intent, the BIM-coordinated model, and site conditions. • Prepare and maintain As-Built drawings for architectural works for record and handover purposes. • Prepare and verify BOQ take-offs for architectural/finishing works to support procurement, tendering, and evaluation of variations/change orders.
