Parsons is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Project Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team. In this role, you will support the engineering, and Managment to oversight of a large-scale infrastructure project. Working closely with senior project managers and clients, you will bridge the gap between design team , management team and client . This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a solid foundational background in infrastructure who is ready to take on more ownership and help shape the future of a highly strategic region.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Technical Oversight: Overseeing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design packages
- Project Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between client , sub-consultants, and internal engineering teams to maintain clear lines of communication.
- Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance: monitor the design progress, ensure adherence to contract
- Schedule & Progress Tracking: Monitor project timelines, track sub-consultants, milestones, identify potential delays early, and help implement corrective actions.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports, technical memos, and presentations .
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Engineering projects management .

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment is crucial.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
