General Objective of the Position:
Continuous monitoring and communication with candidates and trainees, executing required daily tasks, and ensuring smooth work procedures in line with team leader directives.
Responsibilities:
· Work on candidate lists with high quality and prepare them for recruitment while ensuring their files meet the required conditions.
· Continuously monitor, register, and add candidates through established recruitment platforms (e.g., insurance, Qiwa platform, remote work portal).
· Add candidates to the work-specific group and provide them weekly with sufficient information to attend sessions (session details and attendance links, etc.).
· Provide trainees with certificates of completion upon their request.
· Send regular communications to trainees.
· Assist in the monthly collection of course fees and organize financial information in invoices while maintaining records.
· Provide support and respond to inquiries consistently for trainees.
· Monitor partnership requests with trainees and assist them in case of any issues in processing requests, and if necessary, handle requests through our platform instead of the trainee, such as (contract documentation – approval submission – entry to the portal).
· Data management: Inputting and updating data in invoices and established files to ensure accurate and reliable information.
· Prepare detailed monthly reports and invoices.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in administration or a related field.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong communication, monitoring, and organizational skills.
· Responsiveness and quick reaction in dealing with candidates and trainees.
· Ability to execute multiple tasks within a team environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Speed and accuracy in monitoring candidates and trainees.
· Adherence to executing daily tasks as directed by the team leader.
· Level of collaboration with team members.
· Satisfaction of direct team regarding the quality of monitoring and support.
