Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Mechanical / Electrical ~ Maintenance Engineer / Manager to lead maintenance projects across industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, and utility sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, be capable of understanding client requirements, preparing estimates and proposals, planning resources, and successfully executing maintenance works from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client requirements, RFQs, and maintenance scopes of work.
• Conduct site visits and technical assessments. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, manpower plans, and project schedules.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Plan, supervise, and execute mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and budget performance. Identify business opportunities and support project bidding activities.
• Prepare reports, work completion documents, and project close-out packages.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 7–15 years of experience in industrial maintenance, shutdowns, plant maintenance, or oil & gas projects.

• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, motors, MCCs, transformers, and industrial systems.

• Experience in estimation, costing, proposal preparation, and project execution.

• Ability to understand engineering drawings, specifications, and maintenance procedures.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is preferred.

• Valid driving license is an advantage.
