Cleaning Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for organizing and managing cleaning teams, training staff, and monitoring work quality and client satisfaction. This role requires practical experience in team management, utilizing cleaning equipment and tools, and cleaning furniture and various surfaces. The Supervisor will oversee team performance at client sites, distribute tasks, ensure adherence to proper work methods, monitor completion times, and rectify errors during operations. Additionally, the Supervisor will assess labor needs, evaluate appropriate proposals, address feedback and complaints, and ensure service delivery meets required standards. The Supervisor is directly accountable for work quality and client satisfaction, and will take responsibility for any shortcomings or neglect in assigned tasks according to company policies.
