The company is seeking a Manager/Supervisor of a Car Maintenance Center with experience and competence to lead the work team and supervise the operational activities at the center, ensuring the provision of high-quality services and achieving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of the workflow within the maintenance center.
• Managing technicians and employees, distributing tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Welcoming customers, assessing their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Preparing daily work plans and ensuring timely completion of maintenance orders.
• Monitoring the quality of maintenance work and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Tracking the availability of spare parts and tools, coordinating with the warehouse.
• Addressing customer complaints and working to improve their satisfaction levels.
• Monitoring productivity and ensuring operational efficiency for the center.
• Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to management.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workshop and adhering to safety procedures.
• Training and developing the work team to achieve better results.
