A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; a strong academic foundation is essential.

Possession of relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent; demonstrating professional competency.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HSE roles within the construction industry expertise.

Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems and programs; showing practical application.
