Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred for a foundational understanding of structural principles.

At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in structural drafting, particularly in commercial or residential construction projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other structural design software is essential for producing high-quality drawings.

Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems is a valuable asset for modern drafting practices.
