Content Creator and Graphic Designer (Office and Field)
General Objective of the Position:
A creative individual is sought who possesses the skill of "storytelling" both visually and digitally, to be responsible for transferring compelling imagery to enhance our services in hospitality and guest experiences. This role combines artistic creativity in design and social media account management, along with the ability to document and produce, transforming dedicated efforts on the ground into inspiring content and professional designs that reflect the company's identity and values.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Field Documentation:
- Physical presence at service locations (sacred sites, hotels, or gathering points) to document activities.
- Producing professional photography and video clips that highlight the quality of services and human interactions.
- Creating "short videos" (Reels/TikTok) quickly and in line with daily events throughout the season.
- Conducting short interviews and documenting success stories and experiences of guests.
2. Graphic Design and Visual Identity:
- Designing daily posts for social media platforms (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat).
- Preparing designs for seasonal advertising, infographics, and field guidance boards.
- Ensuring consistency of all designs with the company's visual identity (fonts, colors, artistic patterns).
- Retouching images to ensure they are presented in the best possible quality.
3. Management of Social Media Platforms:
- Participating in the development of monthly and seasonal content strategies.
- Writing creative captions that align with each platform and engage the audience of our guests and targeted demographics.
- Interacting with the audience and responding to inquiries in a manner that reflects the spirit of hospitality and service.
