Job description

  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of B2B clients, understanding their unique business needs to offer tailored solutions.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory, exceeding sales targets.

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value proposition to key decision-makers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, providing regular updates on pipeline progress and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.

  • Valid Saudi driving license.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in field sales and B2B sales to companies and corporate clients.

  • Retail, showroom, or shop sales experience alone is not acceptable.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, reporting, and client relationship management skills.

  • Experience in uniforms, textiles, garments, corporate apparel, or related industries is preferred.

  • Must have good knowledge of the local market in the assigned region.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia and able to join within a reasonable notice period.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant Gulf or Saudi market experience.
