We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Chocolate Production Manager to take the helm of all chocolate manufacturing and packaging operations. This is a rare leadership opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing confectionery business in Saudi Arabia — with an ambitious vision to build one of the finest chocolate factories in the Kingdom and, ultimately, a name recognised on the global stage.
Team Size: Approx. 40 production staff
Shifts: Two shifts per day — 06:00 to 23:30

The incoming Production Manager will play a central role in our expansion plans and will be integral to our ambition of creating one of Saudi Arabia's best chocolate manufacturing facilities, with a longer-term goal of achieving global recognition. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee all chocolate manufacturing and packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to consistently meet output targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through rigorous performance analysis, waste reduction, and productivity initiatives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 40 production staff across two daily shifts.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with relevant internal departments.
• Work closely with the Quality Officer to verify products consistently meet approved specifications.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on production output, efficiency metrics, and waste data.
• Supervise the receipt and quality verification of incoming raw materials against approved specifications.
• Collaborate with management on new recipe development and the improvement of existing product lines.
