Technical Director

Lead and oversee all technical, engineering, architectural, and design management activities across major construction projects.

Manage multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Review and approve design submissions, technical reports, specifications, and engineering documentation.

Ensure compliance with client requirements, local regulations, international standards, and company procedures.

Lead value engineering, constructability reviews, and technical risk assessments.

Provide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and project handover.

Drive innovation, quality, and continuous improvement in engineering and design processes.

Mentor and develop technical teams while establishing departmental KPIs and performance standards.

Support executive management in strategic planning, tender evaluations, and technical decision-making.

Maintain strong coordination with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's Degree preferred).

15–26 years of experience in technical leadership, engineering management, or design management within large-scale construction projects.

Proven experience delivering mega projects, mixed-use developments, commercial towers, hospitality, and urban development projects.

Strong expertise in multidisciplinary design coordination, technical governance, value engineering, and design compliance.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with consultants, developers, government authorities, and executive management teams.
