Manage all government relations activities with relevant authorities( Zatca, Saudi Food and Drug Authority), including customs, municipalities, chambers, and regulatory entities.
Coordinate and follow up with Saudi Food and Drug Authority regarding product registration, approvals, compliance requirements, and regulatory updates.
Oversee customs clearance processes and ensure proper documentation and compliance for imported products and shipments.
Manage the issuance, renewal, and maintenance of commercial licenses, permits, certificates, and regulatory registrations.
Monitor compliance with quality standards, cosmetic regulations, and operational policies to ensure adherence to local requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to resolve regulatory or operational issues efficiently.
Ensure all beauty and cosmetic products comply with labeling, packaging, and documentation requirements.
Develop and maintain organized records for licenses, certifications, contracts, and regulatory documents.
Follow up on inspections, audits, and compliance reviews conducted by government authorities.
Support quality assurance activities and coordinate corrective actions related to compliance findings.
Build and maintain professional relationships with government entities and external stakeholders.
Prepare administrative and regulatory reports for management and provide updates on compliance status and risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, government relations, or regulatory compliance.
Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, FMCG, or regulated products sector is preferred.
Strong knowledge of customs procedures, licensing processes, and regulatory compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.
Familiarity with cosmetic product registration and quality standards is highly preferred.
