Safely handle, store, and transport a wide variety of pyrotechnic devices, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and regulations.

Execute precise firing sequences for aerial and ground displays, ensuring synchronized effects and crowd-pleasing visual impact.

Conduct thorough pre-show inspections of all equipment, including mortars, racks, firing systems, and pyrotechnic shells, to guarantee operational readiness.

Collaborate with event organizers and safety officers to develop detailed show plans, including site layouts, safety zones, and emergency procedures.

Possession of a valid Pyrotechnics license or equivalent certification (e.g., ATF explosives license).

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in professional fireworks display execution.

Demonstrated expertise in operating various types of pyrotechnic firing systems and controllers.

Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to explosives and pyrotechnics.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Must know how to prepare ALL raw chemical materials from scratch:

• Potassium Nitrate (KNO₃)
• Aluminium powder
• Sulfur
• Charcoal / Carbon
• Barium salts, Copper salts, Strontium salts (for colors)
• Dextrin (binder)
• Silver fulminate or other snap powder compositions

✅ Must be skilled in operating and ADVISING on production machinery:

• Chemical mixing & blending machines
• Dipping machines (for cracker sticks)
• Drying ovens & temperature control systems
• Coating machines
• Cutting & packaging equipment
• Safety & ventilation systems

✅ Must be able to:

• Set up a small production unit from ZERO
• Advise on machinery purchase, installation & maintenance
• Train local workers
• Ensure quality control at every stage
• Follow strict safety protocols

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 1+ years hands-on experience in crackers & snapper manufacturing
• Must be true professionals with deep technical expertise
• Machinery consultants preferred
• References from previous factories required
