Operations Coordinator

A leading training and development center in Riyadh is seeking an "Operations Coordinator" to manage and organize daily activities for the center while ensuring the highest quality standards in training processes.

Main responsibilities include:

• Schedule Management: Preparing and scheduling training sessions and coordinating timings between trainers and trainees.

• Operational Supervision: Monitoring logistical arrangements for training venues (whether physical or virtual via the internet).

• Client Services and Support: Receiving inquiries from trainees and partners, and resolving daily operational issues swiftly and efficiently.

• Issuing Certificates and Reports: Overseeing the issuance of attendance certificates and their accreditation, and raising periodic performance reports for management.

• Internal Coordination: Linking between the departments, trainers, and management to ensure a comprehensive training experience.

Required qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of two years in administrative or operational roles (preferably with a background in training centers, institutes, or the education and services sector).

• Technical Skills: High proficiency in dealing with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word), and scheduling systems.

• Systematic Position: Preference for candidates with a valid residency permit and ability to work remotely.

• Personal Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
