Investigate marine incidents and accidents, collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing reports to determine the root causes and contributing factors.

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.

Holds a valid Marine Engineer's license or equivalent certification, demonstrating competence in marine operations and systems.

Certified as a Marine Surveyor or Inspector by a recognized maritime organization, showcasing expertise in inspection techniques.

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in ship operations, maintenance, or surveying, offering practical knowledge.
