End-to-End Solution Architect – Oracle RODOD (BSS/OSS)

Experience
12+ years in Telecom BSS/OSS with at least 5+ years in Oracle Communications solutions.
Role Summary
End-to-End Oracle RODOD Solution Architect to lead the design, transformation, and delivery of telecom BSS/OSS ecosystems. The architect will own the complete solution lifecycle from business requirements through architecture, design, integration, implementation, testing, and production rollout.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end Oracle RODOD architecture aligned with business and enterprise architecture goals.
• Lead telecom transformation initiatives across B2C, B2B, Fixed, Mobile, Enterprise, and Digital Services.
• Design Concept-to-Cash, Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Activate, and Trouble-to-Resolve journeys.
• Produce HLDs, LLDs, solution blueprints, integration architecture, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure architecture compliance with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and Frameworks principles.

Oracle RODOD Domain Ownership

Design and govern solutions across:

• Oracle Siebel CRM
• Oracle Product Catalog / PDC
• Oracle OSM (Order and Service Management)
• Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management)
• Oracle ECE (Elastic Charging Engine)
• Oracle ASAP
• Oracle UIM
• Oracle AIA / SOA Suite / OSB
• Oracle Communications APIs
• Digital channels and self-service platforms

Integration Leadership

• Define APIs, middleware, microservices, and integration frameworks.

• Architect integrations with:

  • ERP
  • Payment gateways
  • CRM systems
  • Digital channels
  • Inventory platforms
  • Network elements
  • Data and analytics platforms

• Lead system decomposition and modernization initiatives.

Delivery & Transformation

• Participate in RFPs, solutioning workshops, and customer presentations.
• Lead architecture governance throughout implementation.
• Work closely with development, testing, DevOps, and operations teams.
• Drive performance, scalability, security, and resilience requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and Program Directors.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and steering committee discussions.

Present solution recommendations to customer leadership teams.
