Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop construction strategies, execution plans, and operational objectives.
- Monitor overall project performance, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review and approve construction schedules, procurement plans, and manpower strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and operational challenges.
- Ensure proper implementation of HSE and QA/QC standards across all projects.
- Support commercial and contract teams in evaluating claims, variations, and project costs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project directors, construction managers, and site teams.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct executive-level progress meetings and provide strategic reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, productivity, and project delivery standards.
- Ensure successful project handovers and client satisfaction.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction and project execution within large-scale projects.
- Mandatory experience working on construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven leadership experience in construction operations and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of project management, construction methodologies, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent knowledge of Saudi construction regulations, standards, and contract administration.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting tools.
