Job Opening: Events Manager — Party Experts (Riyadh)
About Us Party Experts is a leading party supplies retailer in Riyadh, with a dedicated events division — Party Experts Events. We design and execute celebrations of all sizes, from birthdays to large private events.
Responsibilities
- Manage event bookings and client communication from inquiry to delivery
- Design and execute event setups: balloon arrangements, backdrops, and decorations
- Supervise the on-site team and ensure quality at every event
- Prepare quotations and close deals with clients
- Coordinate with the store on supplies for each event
Requirements
- Experience in event execution, balloon styling, or decoration
- Strong client communication and sales skills
- Flexible working hours (events are often evenings and weekends)
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure

Compensation
- Monthly salary: SAR 4,000 – 4,500
- Performance bonus and Percentage for every completed event
