Our 14-day operational diagnostic helps Saudi companies identify where growth, AI investment, and leadership intent are getting stuck at the management layer — before it becomes lost profit, inconsistent execution, or leadership overload.

Role Overview

We are looking for selected Strategic Referral Partners in Saudi Arabia who already have trusted access to CEOs, COOs, business owners, board members, or senior decision-makers.

This is not a cold-calling role.

This is not a full-time employment role.

This is a selective referral partnership for professionals who can make warm, trusted introductions to Saudi business leaders who may benefit from Zanovah’s diagnostic.

What You Will Do

Your role is simple:

  • Identify Saudi CEOs, COOs, or senior leaders who may be facing growth, execution, AI ROI, or operational performance challenges
  • Make a warm introduction to Zanovah Middle East
  • Briefly explain why the conversation may be relevant
  • Allow Zanovah to handle the full consultation, proposal, diagnostic, and client relationship from there

No cold calling.

No sales targets.

No daily reporting.

No employment commitment.

No visa requirement.

No exclusivity.

Ideal Partner Profile

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who already speak with or have access to Saudi business leaders, including:

  • Business consultants
  • Senior sales professionals
  • Account managers
  • Executive assistants to CEOs
  • HR or recruitment professionals
  • Finance, legal, or advisory professionals
  • Industry networkers
  • Former executives or senior managers
  • Professionals connected to Saudi family businesses or mid-market companies

Target Client Profile

The ideal client introduction would be a Saudi-based company facing one or more of the following:

  • Growth is happening, but execution is inconsistent
  • Senior leadership is too involved in daily follow-up
  • AI, ERP, or systems investment is not showing clear ROI
  • Departments are working hard but not aligned
  • Decisions are slow or frequently escalated
  • Saudization or expansion is creating management pressure
  • Revenue is growing, but margin or operational discipline is not improving

Compensation

This is a commission-based partnership.

Referral partners receive 20% commission on successful converted introductions.

Example:

If the introduced client signs a SAR 35,000 diagnostic, the referral partner earns SAR 7,000.

Commission is paid within 7 days after the client deposit is received.

There is no fixed salary, retainer, or guaranteed income.

Time Commitment

This role requires approximately 2–3 hours per month.

You are not expected to sell, present, negotiate, or manage the client.

Your role is limited to trusted introductions.

Requirements

  • Existing professional network in Saudi Arabia
  • Ability to access or introduce CEOs, COOs, business owners, or senior decision-makers
  • Strong professional credibility
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of business, operations, leadership, or growth challenges
  • Ethical approach to referrals and relationship-building

Preferred

  • Existing relationships in logistics, manufacturing, facilities management, construction, healthcare, retail, financial services, or technology-led businesses
  • Experience working with Saudi companies
  • Understanding of GCC business culture
  • Access to mid-market or growth-stage companies
