5. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients throughout the appointment.
6. Manage appointments efficiently and arrive on time at each client's location.
7. Maintain the quality and presentation standards of Swan Spa during every home-service visit.
8. Stay updated on current massage, nail-care, and beauty techniques to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, Nail Technician, or in a similar spa/beauty role.
• Strong practical skills in massage and/or professional nail care.
• Excellent hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a home-service/mobile environment.
• Ability to travel to clients' locations within Taif.
• Relevant professional certifications or training are preferred.
