Senior Kitchen Technician

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across a wide range of kitchen appliances and systems.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of critical kitchen infrastructure.

Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on technical procedures, safety protocols, and problem-solving strategies.

Possession of a relevant vocational degree or certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as a kitchen technician or in a similar technical maintenance role within the hospitality or food service industry.

Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing a diverse array of commercial kitchen appliances, including ovens, ranges, fryers, refrigeration units, and dishwashers.

Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and gas systems common in commercial kitchen environments.
