Job description

Operational Oversight

  • Monitor daily operations of the assigned affiliate to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality
  • Act as the primary point of contact between head office and affiliate teams

Coordination & Communication

  • Maintain regular communication with affiliate teams to track progress and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to support operations

Performance Monitoring

  • Track KPIs and prepare detailed operational reports
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions

Process Management

  • Ensure alignment of operations with company policies and standards
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency

Issue Resolution

  • Handle operational challenges and escalate critical issues when required
  • Ensure timely resolution of affiliate-related concerns

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

Support & Training

  • Provide operational guidance and support to affiliate staff
  • Assist in onboarding and training related to operations

Planning & Reporting

  • Support operational planning, forecasting, and budgeting

  • Submit periodic reports with insights and recommendations to management

  • Experience in business operations or administrative roles (office-based)

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Exposure to Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector is preferred

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

  • Experience in corporate / head office environment preferred
