Job description
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control procedures tailored to the specific needs of projects.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
Lead a team of QA/QC professionals, providing training and support to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify potential quality issues early in the project lifecycle and devise preventative measures.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control within the manufacturing or construction industries.
Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly desirable.
Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems, demonstrating knowledge of standard compliance.
