Schedule Preparation: Create quantity schedules and pricing known as BOQ to determine total project costs.

Pricing: Compare market prices for materials, labor, and equipment to develop an accurate project budget.

Invoices: Review contractor invoices and reconcile them with work completed on-site for payment processing.

Change Orders: Track and calculate any modifications or additions requested by the client during construction and the cost to implement them.
