Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract new clients from contracting companies and real estate developers, as well as retail outlets.
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with existing clients to ensure continued supply.
- Present competitive pricing proposals and technical recommendations that align with project requirements.
- Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Monitor financial collection activities to ensure debts and receivables are settled on time.
- Visit field sites and ongoing projects to assess suitable solutions and products.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to provide regular reports on pricing and new trends.
- Coordinate with logistics management and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of materials.
