8–12 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial position preferably from manufacturing industries
Proven experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance, taxation, and audit management.
Industry-specific experience (e.g., manufacturing, FMCG, banking, tech) may be preferred depending on the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
Master’s degree (MBA) or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
