Senior HSE Engineer

Lead the implementation of HSE policies and ensure compliance across multiple project activities. Supervise HSE Engineers and Safety Officers, providing technical guidance and support. Develop project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments, emergency response plans, and safe work procedures. Conduct comprehensive HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments. Lead investigations of incidents and major safety observations, ensuring effective corrective actions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management regarding HSE matters. Deliver HSE training programs, safety campaigns, and leadership initiatives. Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare management reports with recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, and applicable local regulations. Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across the project.

• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Industrial projects.
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC is mandatory (NEBOSH Diploma is a strong advantage).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and HSE management systems.
• Proven experience leading HSE teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong background in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting systems.
