Job description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Commercial and Reporting (Governance) to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing governance-related reporting and supporting the commercial functions of the organization. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies while driving sustainable financial practices and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures related to commercial reporting. Prepare and review comprehensive financial and governance reports for senior management to support decision-making. Analyze governance and commercial data, identifying trends and potential areas of risk or improvement. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and governance frameworks. Conduct audits and assessments to ascertain the effectiveness of governance practices and commercial operations. Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for reporting and governance. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, addressing any issues and implementing corrective actions. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to governance and commercial reporting. Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; Master s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • +3 years of experience in commercial reporting, governance, or compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in financial analysis tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues with a focus on continuous improvement.
