Key Requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong leadership experience managing large-scale EPC / construction projects
- Proven background in Data Centers, Buildings, and MEP
- Strong commercial, operational, and strategic management capabilities
- Experience in project delivery, business development, tendering, and governance
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- PMP Certification is considered an advantage
