Senior Associate – Fulfillment Centre

• Understand the productivity report and guide associates on floor
• Understand the daily targets and basic level allocation of work
• Monitor CPP for assigned area and flag deviations to the supervisor.
• Raise floor issues to the line manager promptly
• Track and monitor individual staff productivity and support benchmark achievement.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to cross-utilize associates across processes
• Ensure floor area is clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards.

• Individual daily productivity vs. benchmark

• Attendance clearing accuracy and timeliness

• SLA adherence for in the assigned activity

• Basic level data entry and tracking

• Process adherence and SOP compliance
