Job description
Short Version:
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare insulation schedules, manpower plans, and material forecasts.
- Align insulation work with overall project timelines.
Cost Control & Budgeting
- Monitor costs (materials, labor, subcontractors).
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow, IPC, and handle variations/claims.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Track progress vs schedule and measure quantities.
- Prepare reports, KPIs, and coordinate with site team.
Coordination & Communication
- Work with subcontractors, QA/QC, procurement, and construction teams.
- Ensure material availability and support coordination meetings.
Risk & Change Management
- Identify risks, assess delays/changes, and maintain claim/EOT records.
Quality & Safety Support
Ensure compliance with specs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
3–8 years of experience in project control, preferably in insulation works.
Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or industrial construction projects is highly preferred.
