Job description
To design, develop, and deliver structured training programs in Soft Services (Housekeeping & Customer Service), aligned with company operational standards, client expectations, and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs (classroom, practical, and on-site)
- Develop and update training materials aligned with SOPs and BICSc standards
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and support certification processes
- Coordinate with Operations to identify training needs
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in training quality and effectiveness
Role-Specific Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Housekeeping operations
- Familiarity with BICSc standards
- Expertise in customer service excellence and soft skills training
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
- 5–8 years of experience in Facility Management / Hospitality / Training
- Prior training delivery experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong presentation and training delivery skills
Communication (English required, Arabic preferred)
Planning and organizational skills
Basic digital literacy
